At times we shadow our clients' day-to-day operations by spending time in their business, observing functionality of current set-up, and further honing our suggestions. With approval of a contract, Tacoma Telematics will begin development with clear milestones and pricing. Deployment and training is the next phase. Finally, Tacoma Telematics keeps in its clients in touch and up-to-date by maintaining an ongoing, supportive relationship with monthly communication. The range of possibilities for after-sales support contracts can include regular product maintenance, software updates, online and phone-based support, and training for new employees.
